I’m taking my signature class — Pretty Piped Florals — beyond borders for the very first time. This feels like a milestone, a dream, and a beautiful new beginning… and I couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better host to start with.

This workshop is being lovingly organised by Samyukta of TimriBakes, and together, we’re bringing a learning experience that blends artistry, clarity, technique and warmth — the kind of workshop you walk into excited, and walk out changed.

We begin our Dubai chapter with two formats, so you can choose how you want to learn:
-Hands-On Class - 17 January 2026
-Participative Demo Experience - 18 January 2026

Over the course, we’ll dive deep into the five flowers I’m known for:
⦁ Blossoms
⦁ Roses
⦁ Anemones
⦁ Chrysanthemums
⦁ Ranunculus

Each flower will be broken down step-by-step — from pressure control to petal structure, placement, symmetry, colour balance and finishing — so you leave not only knowing how, but understanding why.

Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned baker, this class is crafted to give you clarity, confidence and the joy of seeing your piping transform.
