This is one of my favorite dessert from Almond Praline Strawberries Dark Chocolate Cake. This is the only dessert I can finish off without any help. I had it last July but after that I had not gotten the chance to visit the place. So I was thinking of trying it for a long time. Being a baker when you try out any dessert you actually dissect the whole dish. You try to study each n every component of it n what all things they must have added to make it so tasty n popular. I just tried to recreate the recipe as per my understanding. Tried to add those small details. I do know can’t achieve the same taste n look n feel of it but just thought to make it .So that I can satisfy my craving for it or else they will have to open one branch in Dubai. It did come out so good. It’s my version of almond praline strawberries dark chocolate cake.❤️❤️❤️

There are few clients who would prefer only theme cakes no matter what… n I love them cause I can show my creativity n design skills. Of course the theme n the references are always given but I always end up making what I feel would look good. Made this cute looking cake for a client whose daughter is allergic to maida. So made it with wheat flour. I hardly bake cakes with wheat flour so was worried about the taste. But it gave me wonderful result and my client loved the cake. It’s filled with Alphonso mango pieces, custard and special syrup.
