It's definitely been a while - we have been lucky enough to be jetting around the globe so when I got back I was itching to get my hands into another project. This is a beautiful frozen cake. top layer and a delicious chocolate fudge cake at the bottom.

My kids are crazy about cake (yea I know!) So we often have bake days at home where they get involved.

What's even better is when I'm making something that's healthy full of vegetables and raw ingredients that still tastes so delicious.

Today we have whipped up carrot zucchini coconut and walnut cake slices. Sweetened with raw sugar and mixed with good quality olive oil.
