Something baked would like to re- introduce you to the MAN’OUSHY. The MAN’OUSHY is a Middle Eastern pie baked in a stone oven that comes with various exciting toppings – and the saj pastry, which consists of similar toppings but baked with lighter, thinner dough on an open concave oven. These are our core products and will always be found here in varying tastes, toppings and combinations. We have

introduced different items gradually, like Fatayer, (Mini pastries), sweet baked bites, and more traditional items. In short, at something baked you will always find something NICE/ TASTY/ and different.
