The filling was so incredibly smooth, I was really stunned! It was like biting into a spoonful of chocolate mousse!

Been so MIA. Work/life has been taxing, I think the fact that we can’t leave for a vacation is driving me nuts.
In the meanwhile, celebrating small wins! I’ve been trying to go gluten/diary free and I’ve been successfully going at it for 1 week! Initial results - digestive system feels super light, improved metabolism.
The most difficult thing was finishing something to snack on and this was perfect! Almonds, peanuts, walnuts, puffed pearl millets, flaxseed meal, all rolled into a crazy good energy bar.
