I am so obsessed with this mortar and pestle which I bought during the black Friday sale.
Have been making different chutneys, so here is the super easy garlic and tomato super spicy chutney. Spread it on toast or just have it with hot paranthas. Am sure it will make you smack your lips.

Not a baking related toy but this just stole my heart away the moment I set my eyes on it. Actually a friend even pointed out that it is also a good stress buster.. pound your stress and angry away.

Handpounded peanut and tamarind chutney. The taste is just divine.

Off late I have been baking a lot of Farewell cakes.
It pains the heart to see friends leave and to say Good Bye to loved ones.
But what better way to say "au revoir mon cher ami"
Good bye my dear Friend.
Than to have the taste of sweet blueberries and the zing of lemons linger on our taste buds just like our friendship which is sweet and so full of zing.
We Will miss you dear.

The cakes by Nathalie Bonn were sinfully delicate with a perfect balance of tart and sweet.
The serving size of the pastries are quiet generous so if you are counting calories i would suggest you share this piece of heaven with your loved ones.
