Anthea's Sugar Fix Anthea has been baking for the past 20 years.......cakes, cookies, quiches, pies. Her cakes were initially baked and decorated for family and friends.

Others saw and tasted her creations and the word spread. To date she has designed and decorated hundreds of wedding and celebratory cakes; honing her skills, on the way, through a variety of Cake Decoration courses.
