Anthea's Sugar Fix Anthea has been baking for the past 20 years.......cakes, cookies, quiches, pies. Her cakes were initially baked and decorated for family and friends.

Others saw and tasted her creations and the word spread. To date she has designed and decorated hundreds of wedding and celebratory cakes; honing her skills, on the way, through a variety of Cake Decoration courses.

♥ baked with love.....

Anthea bakes every cake herself, from scratch. Clincal tasting packet mixes are banned from her kitchen. This ensures every cake is healthy and heart warming, evoking memories of 'just like mum made'.

ж decorated with panache.....

With her artist's eye for detail, Anthea delivers a cake that integrates your ideas and tastes in colour and design with her creativity and experience.

♦ designed with distinctiveness.....

A cake should celebrate the occasion - be it the center piece of the festivity or an extension of the theme. Anthea promises to create a true reflection of your event.
