With berries or without 🤷🏽‍♀️🤔 I think it looked better without 😂😂😂 my last cake in South Africa baked for my mom’s birthday today 🥰🥰🥰 happy birthday Mummy!

The flavor is her favorite cake : almond cake filled with cherry preserve and covered with rose water frosting topped with pistachio , cranberries and aquafaba meringues. The plan was to cover the entire cake in edible flowers but none of the stores had stock 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ so this was plan B! I hope she likes it 🥰🥰🥰

UAE VEGANS 🇦🇪 🌱 I’m coming home!! I’ve been away for a year but I’ve packed up and am moving back to UAE!
I will be offering vegan cooking and baking classes and would like to invite you to keep in touch and once I’m settled in UAE I’ll post details of the classes- as of now I haven’t decided where I will be based, 90% chance it will be in Dubai or possibly Reem Island.

I look forward to moving back and will continue selling 100% vegan deliciousness at markets around town as I used to do before I left. My little pop up bakery is no longer called “the vegan bakery uae”, I have changed the name to “KALE & KOKO” 🥰 see you all soon! Xoxo Veronique

So much love went into making this cake 🥰🥰🥰 when I got requested to make this cake I was over the moon yesterday! I usually need a few days notice when making a cake but when I was requested to make this one - I simply couldn’t say no because it’s so close to my heart ❤️
Every night and day the metro EMS western cape division (ambulance team ) go out on the streets of Cape Town saving lives! Most often times in the gang ridden areas of town where often times they need to treat patients whilst bullets fly over their heads and conditions are dangerous yet every day they put on their uniforms and go out and do their best for our city- if you speak to any EMS team member they will tell you- this isn’t a job... it is a calling. To the men and woman of the Cape Town ambulance service- I salute you. I hope you all enjoy this today. Thank you for all you do for us ❤️🙌🏾👏🏽

Why you don’t see us at the vegan markets: We really can’t justify paying R600 for a table space at a vegan event /fair + ingredients + transport costs yet our cakes and treats range from R7 to R15.00 then being advised (by other sellers) to “increase our prices for the event to cover costs” ... hell no we wont let our clients suffer like that. Our brand ethos has always been and will always be “veganism -accessible for all” We guess we have to sit this one out 🤷🏽‍♀️👍🏽
