What do you do when you get an order to deliver a car cake in about 2 hours?

Baked our decadent vanilla cake, whipped out a creamy vanilla buttercream, topped with some chocolate sauce and gave it a border of wafer ci**rs. And the cars you ask? We placed 3 toy cars on top for a cute 3 year old, who after blowing out the candles pulled out the cars for himself 😃😃

Hello from my kitchen 🙋 So we have officially begun with the holiday season by working on this gorgeous Yule log 🎄

They are basically chocolate cake, rolled with a fine combination of fresh cream and custard finally coated with chocolate flavoured fresh cream (Did I just hear some one scream 'YUM' ??) 🤤🤤 And don't miss out the cute Christmas decor, the tree, snowman, Holly and the reindeer 🎄☃️🦌❄️

**Not a cake or cupcakes post but this was irrestible to not put up here!**
There has been no baking done for sometime as I am back home to my parents in Kuwait. And today we visited Al Shahred Park which is a memorial built for all the soldiers who gave up their life fighting for Kuwait (Thus the name, Shaheed means Martyr in many languages including Arabic, Hindi and Urdu to name a few)

On our visit we stopped by this quirky cafe for some coffee and this set up of their baked goods in front of an old vintage car caught my eye. There something about quirky and unusual cafe interiors that always catch my interest.

This is my favorite chocolate candy, because you can't stop at 1 🙈🙊A light and malty chocolate cupcake packed with the goodness of Dutch cocoa frosted with a creamy Maltesers buttercream frosting and topped with whole Maltesers 🤤 (⬅️This emoji is going to be my favorite from now on wards) .

Today in the bakehouse I whipped something special that brings back fond memories 💚 The saffron pistachio cupcake is our take on the favorite Indian sweet 'kesar pista barfi' literally meaning saffron pistachio milk cake. With a delicate flavour of saffron for the cake and frosting, the cupcake with whole and a crumble of pistachios. 😀

The Funfetti 🎉 The classic vanilla cupcake with the classic buttercream has been given a new jazz 💃These cupcakes have been visited by unicorns and were showered by some unicorn magic in the form of colourful sprinkles🌌 🦄 Also don't be fooled by the picture, there are more sprinkles than you can see 😀

This cake is a perfect complement to your evening tea and coffee. The moist cake and those beautiful zebra stripes makes it so tempting 🤤
PS this cake can also be made as a marble cake.

This cake has a special place in my heart ♥️ I had baked this cake when the husband, then just a normal boy, had come home to see me and meet parents and fix our marriage. This cake is what kinda sealed the deal 😋
