This cute teddy bear cake was made for a customer who wanted more than just a pretty cake.

I recreated one of my earlier designs this time in neutral shades. Flavor inside: Vanilla cake, strawberry cream, and lemon curd. Light, balanced, not too sweet.

She loved it so much, she ordered two more cakes that same month. That’s the best compliment I could ask for.
