🔸Exotic(chocolate sponge,passion fruit mango ganache,chocolate ganache,chocolate cream)

🔸Poppy seeds lemon-passion fruit(poppy seeds sponge,lemon-passion fruit custard,passion fruit mousse)
🔸Banana-strawberry( vanilla sponge,banana ganache,strawberry confit,strawberry mousse)

🔸Red velvet with chocolate and caramel(red velvet sponge, caramel,chocolate filling)

🔸Pistachio-Blackberry(pistachio sponge,pistachio ganache,berry confit,berry mousse)

🔸Lemon-blueberry(lemon sponge, blueberry confit,lemon creme,blueberry ganache)

🔸Orange caramel(chocolate vanilla sponge, orange caramel,orange mousse)

🔸Peach cake(vanilla sponge,peach filling, peach ganache,peach cheesecake)

🔸Condensed milk cake(chocolate honey sponge, condensed milk mousse)

Course is hands on, includes a lot of sponges,fillings techniques.
Decoration with chocolate, isomalt techniques,wafer paper and rice paper.
