📝 Ingredients
✔️ 1 medium mango
✔️ 1/2 litre milk
✔️ 1–2 tbsp lemon juice
✔️ 5–6 saffron strands (optional)
✔️ 2 tbsp sugar of choice (adjust as needed)
✔️ 80g milk/paneer mixture
✔️ Pumpkin seeds for garnish (optional)

👩‍🍳 Method

1️⃣ Curdle boiled milk using lemon juice, strain & rinse with cold water.
2️⃣ Blend mangoes, fresh paneer, sugar, saffron & milk until smooth.
3️⃣ Pour into serving bowls, garnish & chill for 2–3 hours.
