So why do people go on gluten free diets? What is Gluten?

Gluten is a type of protein found in different grains like wheat, barley, spelt or rye. Gluten basically helps the flour binding with water and gives it a gooey rubbery texture.

Gluten is not harmful to everyone except for people who have Celiac Disease or are Gluten intolerant.

However, nowadays it has become a trend to go to Gluten Free Diet because it helps lose weight. Although this theory is not proven yet.

At House of Loaves, we are proud to introduce a Gluten Free loaf which comes in regular or mini size. We have been working so hard to perfect the recipe.

These are only a few condiments you can relish with the bread. To me, they taste awesome just as they are.
