Base
• Savoiardi (ladyfinger) biscuits – 200 g (about 18–20 biscuits)

Mascarpone Cream
• Mascarpone cheese – 250 g
• Powdered sugar – 40 g
• Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
• Cold whipping cream – 120 ml

Filling
• Fresh raspberries – 120 g

Glaze (choose one)

Lemon Glaze (optional – skip if making chocolate roll)
• Powdered sugar – 80 g
• Fresh lemon juice – 2–3 tbsp
• Lemon zest – ½ tsp (optional)

Chocolate Ganache
• White or dark chocolate – 120 g
• Heavy cream – 80 ml
