Tips for a perfect buttercream:

- The container in which the Swiss meringue is made must be completely clean, dry and free of fat. Grease can be removed with a cloth dampened with a mix of 1 cup of water and a tablespoon of vinegar
- The container must be made of stainless steel, it can be a pot 😉.
- The butter should be completely cold when added to the meringue.
- If the mixture is cut, nothing happens! Just keep beating until you get the texture you need.

Trucos para una crema de mantequilla perfecta:

- El recipiente en el que se hace el merengue suizo debe estar completamente limpio, seco y sin grasa. La grasa se puede eliminar usando un trapo humedecido con una mezcla de 1 pocillo de agua y una cucharada de vinagre
- El recipiente debe ser de acero inoxidable, puede ser una olla 😉.
- La mantequilla debe estar completamente fría cuando se vay100 agregar al merengue.
- Si se corta la mezcla, no pasa nada! Solo sigue batiendo hasta que tome la textura que requieres.
