I'm so excited to share one of our favourite recipes with you today🙂

Queen cakes.

4 cups self raising flour
250grams butter
4 eggs
1 tbspn vanilla essence
2 cups fresh milk
1 cup castor sugar

Method
Whisk butter and sugar until creamy.
Add vanilla essence,milk and eggs whisky until fluffy
Sieve flour and add to the mixture,mix well.
Place in a greased muffin pan and bake @180°for 25-30mins.
