After an amazing 6-year run of baking artisan sourdough for our local community, we've decided it's time to hang up our aprons and close the bakery.
Don't worry though—our famous 20-year-old Knormoer sourdough starter isn't going anywhere! We'll keep it happy, healthy, and bubbling away, and we'll occasionally bring it out to host hands-on sourdough bread-making workshops.
A huge thank you to everyone who supported us, shared our passion for great bread, and made this journey so memorable. Every loaf, every chat, and every smiling face meant the world to us. ❤️🥖
