Lil something for a New year😘🌹... Happy New year Fam, wishing you a prosperous year full of peace and happiness ♥️🙏🏿🤗 PANCAKE RECIPE
🌟 INGREDIENTS
1 egg
250ml (1 cup) of milk
2 tbsp oil
1 cup of flour
1 tbsp of sugar
1 tsp of baking powder
🌟METHOD
Add egg yolks and sugar to the mixing bowl.
Whisk with a mixer.
Add milk, oil, and sifted flour.
Mix.
In another bowl, whisk the egg whites.
Mix with the first mixture and add the baking powder.
Rest for 5 minutes.
Bake in a pan.
Drizzle with maple syrup and serve.
