Staying motivated🫠✨
*1. Start tiny*
Big goals feel heavy. Break them into 10-minute wins.
Ex: “Write for 1 hour” → “Write 3 sentences”. Momentum beats motivation.
*2. Tie it to _why*_
Ask: “Why does this matter to me today?”
Money, family, peace of mind, proving to yourself — write that 1-line reason and put it where you’ll see it. Phones, mirror, wallet.
*3. Build routines, not moods*
Motivation fades. Habits don’t.
- *Morning anchor*: water + 5 min of movement + 1 priority
- *Evening anchor*: 3 wins from today + plan 1 thing for tomorrow
Do it even on low-energy days. Consistency > perfection.
*4. Track visible progress*
Use a checklist, calendar, or jar of marbles. Seeing progress releases dopamine. Don’t just track failures, track streaks.
*5. Protect your energy*
- *Sleep*: 7-8 hrs. Tired brain = unmotivated brain
- *People*: Spend time with people who hype you up, not drain you
- *Input*: Limit doom-scrolling. Feed your mind with things that inspire you
*6. Reward + Reset*
Reward small wins. Coffee, music, 15 min break.
And on off days: reset, don’t quit. One bad day ≠ failed week.
= A journey of a thousand miles starts with one step.
*Quick daily formula:*
`Clear 1 goal → Take 1 action → Notice 1 win → Rest`
