Peppermint is one of those flavours people have feelings about - and I get it. For me, it's love, and it's exactly why this brownie is one of my favourites.

I start with a Callebaut chocolate base, gently flavoured with peppermint and studded through with Cadbury Mint Crisp, then finished with Peppermint Crisp on top. Rich, fudgy, and just the right amount of crunch.

Baked fresh from my kitchen and available at CCD Wildsvleis. Small batches, so they go quickly.

Some things you don't mess with.

The cinnabun has been on the table since the very beginning, and it's still the one people come back for. Soft brioche dough, layered with cinnamon sugar and rolled into that signature swirl, topped with a cream cheese frosting that stays on the right side of sweet.

Say hello to our Oreo Brownies 🖤

These are for the serious chocolate lovers. We start with rich Callebaut Dark Chocolate, then add black cacao - an ultra-dark, deeply roasted cocoa that gives these brownies their almost-black colour and that unmistakable "Oreo" flavour, smooth and rich without the bitterness. Folded through and layered on top? Loads of crushed Oreo cookies.

The result: fudgy, gooey in the middle, and not too sweet - just deep, dark chocolate with that cookies-and-cream crunch in every bite.

Fudgy dark chocolate brownie made with Callebaut dark chocolate, packed with toasted pecans and finished with a lazy drizzle of salted caramel and a pinch of flaky salt. Rich, a little crunchy, sweet-salty in all the right places - molten in the middle, crackly on top.

Golden, buttery blondie loaded with pieces of Lotus Biscoff biscuit, pockets of white chocolate and ribbons of Biscoff spread swirled all the way through - finished with a whole caramelised biscuit on top.

Soft in the centre, crisp at the edge - the kind of thing you eat slowly and regret finishing.
