Jam Tarts
6 Cups Flour
6 teaspoons baking powder
4 eggs
500g Rama
1 cup sugar
Jam

1.Mix Flour,baking powder and sugar
2.add Rama and Mix until it resembles crumbs
3.add eggs and mix well until is no longer sticking to your hands
4.take half of the dough and chill it in the fridge and take the remaining half and roll it into a pan
5.spread Jam on the dough in the pan
6.take the dough from the fridge and grate it on top of the Jam until it cover all the Jam
7.bake at 200°C until brown on top

Cupcakes Recipe🧁
2 & 1/2 cups of flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
250g Rama
1& 1/2 cups of sugar
4 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1 cup amasi
1 cup fresh milk

(1)in a bowl Mix soft Rama(butter) with sugar,whisk together until they are creamy(+-2 minutes)(2)then add eggs 1 at a time while whisking until all eggs are incorporated into the creamy butter mixture(3)add Vannila essence(4)add flour and baking powder then mix just until combined(5)add milk that is mixed with amasi then mix all together until everything is mixed together and there are no lumps.
(6)add to a Muffin pan then bake at 175°C until they are ready

Buttercream recipe
1kg icing sugar
500g white woodenspoon margarine
Any food color you want
Vanilla essence

(1)whisk the margarine until fluffy (2)add icing sugar in batches until all of it is incorporated into the margarine(3)add essence and color then continue mixing until buttercream is thick and ready
Then add to the cupcakes 🧁
