Malana /Chicken intestines simple and delicious recipe 😋

Ingredients ✔️
Malana
Onions
Green pepper
Tomato
Spices
Garlic powder

Method
Defrost your mala n wash with clean water

Drain water ✔️

Heat oil in a pan on medium heat, add mala, salt to taste, spices and fry until slightly browned.

Remove mala from the pan, add onions, green pepper, salt, spices and fry

Add grated tomatoes and let it cook for 20mins

Add mala and mix, add gravy, close the pan and let it simmer for 2mins.

Serve with pap or dumplings 😋💓🙌
