Russian Sour Cream Cake 😍

One of my childhood favourites ❣️

Delicate, thin layers of sour cream sponge filled with a light, creamy sour cream frosting.

Growing up, the frosting was simply sour cream mixed with sugar. For this version, I gave it a little twist by adding whipped cream, vanilla, and a touch of condensed milk, making it even lighter, creamier, and more delicate.

A nostalgic classic with a little modern upgrade ❣️
