ultramel Scones Recipe
This recipe makes 5l and 12 scones extra.

Ingredients
500 grams baking margarine
10 cups cake flour
10tsn baking powder
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tspn salt
2 cup amasi
1 cup ultramel
1 tbsn essence of your choice

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees celsius
-In a big bowl sift in flour,baking powder and salt..rub in margarine
-In a separate bowl mix amasi,ultramel,eggs and essence
-Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients..mix the liquid bit by bit don't pour everything at once.
-roll the dough on a floured surface..cut to desired shape, mix egg with milk to make egg wash and bake at 200degrees celsius.

People see a cake and think it's just flour, sugar, and eggs.

What they don't see is the planning, mixing, baking, decorating, cleaning, and sometimes starting over when things don't go as planned. 😂

That's why every successful bake deserves a little appreciation. ❤️
