Here's a simple, soft homemade buns recipe:
Ingredients
4 cups cake flour/bread flour
2¼ tsp instant yeast (1 sachet)
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp margarine or butter
1 cup warm milk
1 large egg
½ cup warm water (add more if needed)
Method
Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
Add butter, egg, and warm milk. Mix.
Gradually add warm water until a soft dough forms.
Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth.
Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Divide into 12–15 equal pieces and shape into balls.
Place on a greased baking tray, leaving space between them.
Cover and let rise again for 30–45 minutes.
Brush with beaten egg or milk.
Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
Brush with melted butter while still warm for soft, shiny buns.
Makes about 12–15 buns. 🍞

Scones Recipe for 20l bucket

30 cups of cake flour
30 teaspoons of baking powder
500g x3 of Margerine
9 large eggs
3 tablespoon of vannila essence
9 cups of Amasi
3cups of white Sugar
salt

Bowl one: In an empty bowl put Sugar, flour,baking powder,salt,cold margerine(from the fridge).
Rub them togather until they resemble crumbs.

Bowl 2:In an empty bowl beat your eggs, vannila essence and Amasi together. (leave small nyana egg aside for brushing your scones ontop)
Mix Bowl 1(dry ingredients) and Bowl 2(wet ingredients until they form a dough.

On a floured surface roll the dough(ofcoz with a rolling pin).

Cut your dough using cookie cutter.
Brush your scones ontop.

In a preheated oven 200 Degrees Celsius Oven. Bake your scones for 20minutes or until they are brown.
I mix mine in 3 batches.
