Crisp Chicken Strips Recipe πŸ˜‹

Ingredients:
- 500g chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 cup buttermilk, or 1 cup milk + 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs β€” key for extra crunch
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt + 1/2 tsp pepper
- Oil for frying

Method:
1.Marinate 30 min: Soak chicken strips in buttermilk. This keeps them juicy.
2.Dry mix: Whisk flour, panko, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper.
3.Take chicken from buttermilk, let excess drip. Press firmly into flour mix so it sticks well.
4.Rest 10 min*: Lets coating set so it doesn’t fall off when frying.
5.Fry 3-4 min per side until golden brown .Don’t crowd the pan.
6.Drain on a wire rack, not paper towels β€” keeps the bottom from getting soggy.
