ATTENTION ALL HOME INDUSTRIES BUSINESS OWNERS, KINDLY TAKE NOTE OF THIS INCIDENT THAT I HAD WITH A CUSTOMER THIS WEEKEND. PLEASE SHARE THIS POST TO MAKE EVERYONE AWARE!!!

A customer by the name of Raksha Arjoon was referred to me by a renowned and respected Chef, whom I greatly admire!

So Raksha sends me an order on the 3rd of November, to be collected on Saturday the 7th of November. As this order was just under the value of R250, I did not ask for an upfront payment as I usually do with first time customers. She even contacted me on Friday night to confirm the time for collecting her order on Saturday.

Anyways, yesterday she messages me to say she will be at my place in 20 minutes to fetch her order. I waited outside for 30 minutes so I could collect the money and bring out any change or anything before I took the order out of my freezer to give to her. When she didnt arrive, I messaged her to say that she must text me when she arrives and I'll come out. A few hours go by and I message again to check if everything is okay and to my surprise, I AM BLOCKED!!!

So this was strange enough on it's own, however earlier today I texted the Chef to tell him what happened. He messages her and she tells him that SHE NEVER GAVE ME AN ORDER!!! We actually compared numbers and it's the same person.

So I have no idea what is wrong with this woman but she is clearly a sandwich short of a picnic. I'm generally a really pleasant person and I value all of my customers, but people like this truly make me sick!!! Her order was just 7 dozens, however it was 5 different variants so I worked through the night to make this order so that she would have freshly frozen goods.

As you all know, I take a whole hell of alot of care to ensure that all my customers get the very best quality savouries for their money. This includes shopping at multiple places for good quality ingredients (including Woolworths, Bidfoods etc), missing out on family events and functions, skipping meals, working through the night, and sometimes I dont even have the time to cook my husband a decent meal when he gets home from work. So for someone to do something like this and waste my time is just something else all together.
