Clearly this photo was not taken by a food photographer, but it had to be taken quickly before the teenagers devoured it!

If anyone is contemplating starting the sourdough journey, but is hesitant because of the time it takes. Just know that the amount of joy it sparks is well worth it!

To my fellow hobby-bakers, I have found that the best cheese to use when making a cheese loaf is mature cheddar. It delivers the best taste and texture!

What do you do with your HORRIBLY underproofed sourdough bread?!?

You make croutons for your winter soup! (Thanks for the suggestion friend) With a little bit of olive oil and spices you have a crunchy addition for the winter.

Ps....do not think you know better than all the people who are sourdough masters, you cannot make sourdough bread, from feeding the starter upto baking in 12hours🫣

I have learned my lesson and will default back to my old ways!!
