Meisie Eckard, Founder of Mount Biscuit, was born in Brits, North West . She first discovered her passion for baking at a young age and at the age of 19 started baking to support her family and the farm. She established her business in 1969 and has since been changing the way we enjoy biscuits one bake at a time.
