Happy Friday Everyone 🥖 (Thank goodness it's a long weekend!)

Here are my bakes for next week (week 18). It's a super short week, with Freedom Day on Monday, and Worker's Day on Friday, so kindly note that I will do my deliveries on Thursday 30 April. 🍪

Since I'm trying to grow my business I'd also like to ask you for a favour. I would really appreciate it if you could add any of your friends, family, neighbours, and colleagues who might be interested in what I'm baking to this group. 🙏🏼

1. LUXURY SWEDISH GRANOLA
A delicious and healthy roasted breakfast granola filled with nuts, seeds, and dried fruits lightly sweetened with molasses and apple juice. (This granola is 100% plant-based.)
- Cranberry, Almond, and Cinnamon: 500g @ R90 and 1kg @ R165
- Gluten-free Cranberry, Almond, and Cinnamon: 500g @ R105 and 1kg @ R185

2. “CHOKLADBOLLAR” - Swedish Chocolate Balls
Decadent chocolate oat balls made with browned butter, real vanilla, and with a hint of coffee, rolled in candied sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
- Box with 4 (160g): R60

3. “PEPPARNÖTTER” - Swedish pepper-nut biscuits
A delicious traditional Swedish biscuit spiced with ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves and with a roasted hazelnut on top.
- Box with 150g: R80

4. “BONDKAKOR” - Peasant’s biscuits
Probably the most traditional Swedish biscuit of all time. This more-ish golden-brown biscuit has a somewhat carameley taste and is packed with crushed almonds.
- Box with 150g: R80

5. SWEDISH-DANISH RYE BREAD (Sourdough)
This is a dense, moist rye bread with whole rye kernels, sunflower seeds, and linseed, and has a slightly sweeter taste than the traditional Danish version thanks to the addition of some molasses. (This bread is 100% plant-based.)
- Loaf (about 900g): R100

This bread is perfect for open sandwiches, but also delicious with nothing more than some good butter. (This bread is 100% plant-based.)

Some delicious Swedish pepper-nut biscuit for you to add to your weekly order. These are rather spicy, much more so than the traditional South African ginger biscuit. Traditionally these are made with an almond on top but I prefer to change things up a bit by adding a hazelnut instead.

Chocolate ball prep. Before properly rounding and then rolling the chocolate balls in candied sunflower and pumpkin seed I first weigh them out into these rough balls of ~40g each.
