Hey everyone 🍞✨

Easter is here and I’ll be baking a limited number of Hot Cross Buns this week 🐣

Our hot x buns are made with sourdough, whole oranges, packed full of dried fruits and warm spices.

I’ll be taking pre-orders only, with limited batches available.

Collection/delivery dates:
Friday 3 April & Saturday 4 April

Cut-off: 2 April or until sold out)

Sourdough cinnamon bun Saturdays 😋 a mouthful like this one ☝️ March flavour is Apple Crumble, home cooked spiced apples, fluffy sourdough that you could probably rest your head on and have a nap (may be quite messy) topped with buttery oat crumble - thanks Jamie Oliver for that one. Cinnamon buns don’t have to be plain! We’re baking up a new flavour every month. This months flavour is our signature dough topped with home cooked apples, spiced sugar and a crunchy crumble. 🍏🥧 this week they’ll be available on (Saturday only) and from next week we’ll have a Friday batch ready too. second image is a screenshot that I can’t remember where I found it, while looking for inspiration.

Sweet 🥐- Pistachio raspberry & white chocolate croissant - signature croissant, raspberry compote, pistachio frangipani, white choc drizzle and crushed pistachios

Savoury 🌶🥐 - Gochujang Croissant bun - Hand-laminated croissant dough, slathered in sticky-sweet, savoury, spicy sauce baked & drenched in more sauce.

Some regular favourites are still on the menu and can be added to any order.
