Well here it is .. I’m in my growth stage of my tailored program .. current weight 97kg with change … 😁💪🏼
My performance growth stack equals 🟰
1- oats and metamorphosis whey 430am
2-scoop ultra amino and scoop creatine plus scoop Apex Predator- start drinking this at 545am .
3-6am take two PumpStar tabs plus 1 scoop Pro Source carbs .
Train 6am - 645am / hardcore progressive overload.
7am - take two scoops whey and 1 scoop L-glutamine mixed with 1 scoop Pro source carbs . Add 5g creatine mono to shake is recommended for growth ..
