And we're back! This 3-tiered birthday cake had something for everyone & was loaded with deliciousness at every level; with dash of sparkle for drama, of course!

Top tier: lemon cake with alternate layers of granadilla whip & strawberry-lemon cream;

Middle tier: pink champagne cake with strawberry coulis & whipped cream filling;

Bottom tier: Super chocolate cake filled with alternate layers of mocha ganache, fluffy-mint smudge & n**e cream filling.
