We made Mermaid themed doughnuts and graciously obliged our 6 year old birthday girl’s request for them to be fully loaded with sea themed decorations. 🌊 🧜‍♀️🐚🧜‍♀️

We succumbed to the viral Dot Cake sensation taking over baker’s social media accounts and making their way onto bakery shelves across the globe!
Our Dot cake cookies are crunchy, rich vanilla flavoured & buttery, smeared with a dollop of buttercream and submerged in sprinkles, just a yummy taste sensation 🍪🌈
Sprinkles are making a huge comeback statement, featuring as a headline baking trend and we love it. To think it’s origin dates back to the late 18th century.
Anyone remember them being called hundreds and thousands way back ?
Or am I giving my age away 😜

Decadent Chocolate Coconut Cookies 🍪

Some flavours are just irresistible and filled with so much nostalgia, in this bake I reworked an old romany creams recipe to add more depth of chocolate flavour! 🍫

These XL cookies are crunchy on the edge, buttery, soft & coconutty, with a rich cocoa chocolatey centre, and it gives bites of pure delight. So yummy 🤎🍪👩‍🍳

Stitch and Lilo themed decorated cookies, in the cient’s colour palette, for the 8th birthday celebration of Saige. I decorated a mermaid themed set for her 4th birthday. 🍭
There are times when a client requests an animation movie theme and I’ve never heard of it before 🤭 This set was one of those moments where I needed to do some homework before responding. I’ve learned so much through this journey, the best part is seeing the end result and a happy client, then quietly reflecting on that “🤔” moment I had 😀
