Good Morning!!!

This cake is EVERTHING! The cake itself is made with NO ADDED SUGAR or sweetener. Instead it is flavoured with a little mashed banana and concentrated blueberry puree. After heaps of calculations, the cake I produced had a moist, buttery crumb... Happiness!

The frosting is a sturdy and very tasty butter, cream cheese and good quality white chocolate, which I'm told the little birthday girl enjoyed😊I loved every minute of making this cake. Mischa Sugarworks supplied the fondant accessories.
Everything is edible, right down to the flowers🫶
Note for the next time... Unsalted butter!

The brief was really simple.. make it luxurious! No expense was spared, heaps of pure butter, Belgian chocolate and the best macarons from Lisuria (best macs in Cape Town.. tasty and always perfect!) 3D Brothers for the gorgeous toppers.. easily the best in the business
Vanilla cake with vanilla white chocolate pure butter buttercream filled with raspberry compote and decadent moist chocolate cake with 58% milk chocolate cream cheese ganache.. the absolute best of both worlds😍

It was my daughter's birthday this weekend and she is an avid anime fan. One of her fave characters has a love of this cake and she's been asking me to make it for her for aaages. I finally gave in and she absolutely loved it ... Japanese strawberry shortcake.. I have to admit.. it is an absolute winner!
Again... I should have taken some decent pics 🙈

This carrot cake was truly exceptional.. The brief was no pineapple and the nuts can be there but just finely chopped. The result was impressive.. It's not everyday I get to try the cake I deliver to an event😁
