I wanted to keep this one off my page until I received the professional pics because my pic doesn't do it any justice.
This was a labour of love for me right from the beginning.
Working with a celiac and catering to both her and her now husband's needs.
Both tiers are red velvet with the bottom having a pistachio cream filling. There could be no trace of gluten in her cake and super precautions needed to be taken when preparing the top tier.. Jahaan at The Laser Cutter helped make a thick acrylic cake board to separate the the 2 tiers... What a success!

In my opinion, this cake is simply gorgeous🤩

Good morning! I have the most amazing clients🫶🏼 Sam had had my cupcakes at work and got in touch with me to make her birthday cake. We chatted and decided on a tender lemon and blueberry cake filled with cream cheese frosting and decorated with butter yellow buttercream and delicate white petals.
From the look to the flavour profile, it was exactly what she wanted... It's the best feeling when you are part of special occasions like this one💛 Even better when you're sent such amazing pics to share🤩
