Banting bread

Banting Bread (Monique Swanepoel)
400ml Almond Flour
60ml Psyllium Husk
250ml Buttermilk
5 eggs
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon xylitol
Cheese - as much as u like :)
Bake at 180 /50 min

Here's my entry for the 'Get Bossy' Competition by Bake Boss, Auckland. It's to decorate and be creative with Lil Boss chocolate. I created a unicorn and my kids named it Twinkles. She received Highly Commended award and she's still up for the running of People's Choice. Many thanks Bake Boss for the fun competition. :D
