​We recently tried Water Buttercream.

​It uses the exact same ingredients as traditional butter icing, but you mix your sifted icing sugar with water first.

It sounds completely mind-boggling, but it works.

This 10cm cake stands 20cm tall and serves 10 people.

We aim for a 1cm thick layer of filling (cream cheese frosting in this picture) between each sponge.

That is the Manly Baker standard.
We never skimp on our fillings, it is what truly sets us apart from the other.

We had such a wonderful time at the Mommy & Me Expo at Klein Joostenberg the past weekend.

We handwd out about 400 cake samples and got beautiful feedback from the designs on the table and any other.
