My much - loved Carrot Cake, and *new Jumbo Assorted Muffins, can now be enjoyed at 🥰

Stepping into Molly's Café for the first time just last week, i was met with the most welcoming & friendliest staff - I knew this space was special!
There's a sense of calm, but also a vibe that speaks: community!

This new opportunity brings me incredible joy, and I'm so excited for what's to come!

It's easy to doubt ourselves, or doubt our capabilities, but you never know if you don't try, and actually... Just go for it! 🙌🏻✨

Such an incredibly exciting opportunity today - presenting some of my bakes to a new client.

My star of the show were these incredibly soft, and incredibly decadent Blueberry Muffins!
Taking them to the next level was topping them with a Cinnamon Sugar & Walnut Streusel.

Bakery approved! 😋🙌🏻

Loaded caramelized Sweet Potato, with veggie packed mince, topped with corn, avo, feta & micro greens.

Homemade meals are always the best, and with a little effort, there is always reward 🫶🏼

Back with my Tuna/Rice Salad bowl, but it's leveled up a notch with a drizzle of Balsamic Glaze. Game changer! 😋

Peppermint Crisp Tart, but make it a Pie🤍

A buttery biscuit base, chopped tennis biscuits & peppermint crisp chocolate folded into whipped cream & caramel, topped with swirled caramel, whipped cream and chocolate.
The texture was super light & fluffy, with those little bits of crunch in between - just perfect!😊

This was made for a very special birthday, and the family loved it!😍
