To think that these Apple & Carrot Muffins were the first muffins I ever made - 15 years ago!
I remember being so excited, I ran across to my sister in law to share one with her, feeling super proud of myself.

My love for baking started when we started growing our family, it is one of the ways I enjoy connecting with my kids, and now they're being stocked & enjoyed in Cafés 🥰

Welcome to the Raw Sense Bakery - where the magic happens! ✨

This has been a long time coming, but I've finally found the time and space to share it.

What started as a leap of faith & courage, our garage turned into a vision, and that vision was brought to life by my amazing & supportive husband!

What you don't see here; is working around the clock through multiple bake orders, intense multitasking, troubleshooting, bakes that don't turn out the way they should - which means disgarding and doing it all over again, and the pressure of deadlines to meet.

Also, what you don't see here; is the joy, love, and heart poured into every single bake.
The dedication to strive for my absolute best every single time!
Going with my intuition, and trusting my capabilities.

This beautiful space brings me peace, keeps me grounded, and I could not be more grateful for it!

My much - loved Carrot Cake, and *new Jumbo Assorted Muffins, can now be enjoyed at 🥰

Stepping into Molly's Café for the first time just last week, i was met with the most welcoming & friendliest staff - I knew this space was special!
There's a sense of calm, but also a vibe that speaks: community!

This new opportunity brings me incredible joy, and I'm so excited for what's to come!

It's easy to doubt ourselves, or doubt our capabilities, but you never know if you don't try, and actually... Just go for it! 🙌🏻✨

Such an incredibly exciting opportunity today - presenting some of my bakes to a new client.

My star of the show were these incredibly soft, and incredibly decadent Blueberry Muffins!
Taking them to the next level was topping them with a Cinnamon Sugar & Walnut Streusel.
