I tested out mini loaves on this rainy morning and I’m obsessed & I think you will be too. I’ve heard multiple times that my loaves are huge, not a bad thing of course, but this will be a good option for smaller households, bread bowls, & those who love bread but now won’t feel so bad for devouring a whole loaf 🤣

Also a repeat customer of mine was wanting something spicy and seasoned but they can’t eat fats besides olive oil so I just made some loaves inspired by my favorite country we’ve been to, Italy. 🇮🇹
Made with a blend of Italian style soffrito seasoning, basil, crushed red & chili peppers, & garlic infused olive oil. 🤤 calling it Spicy Italian

This week for Nevada Downtown Market I have added a Butterbeer loaf inspired by my travels to Universal Orlando & Warner Bros studios in London 🇬🇧

Cream soda has replaced the water, butterscotch flavoring added to the flour, & caramel bits for inclusions.
