Hello friends! In celebration of a brand new market season AND market week, we think it’s time to introduce ourselves.

We are Madi & Hailey, the baker’s behind Knead & Nourish. We founded Knead & Nourish 2025 because we share a love for Jesus, family, and the simple joy of gathering around homemade food. What started in our home kitchens - surrounded by the laughter of little ones, the scent of fresh bread, and the hum of everyday life - has grown into a shared dream to bless others through the work of our hands. We believe in the beauty of slow, intentional living, hand-kneading our doughs, and giving thanks for the simple gifts God provides from the land. Every bake is offered with prayer and love; created to nourish the body, delight the senses, and feed the soul.

We hope to see you this weekend at the Courthouse Square Market in Marion!
