We're opening a bakery!

If you've been wondering where we went — we've been at 31 West Street (left of Cycle Solutions), building it. Floors, wiring, equipment, inspections, the lot. It's eaten every hour we've got, which is why this page has been quiet and why pickup orders have been on pause.

Late August is the plan, and we'll post the day the moment it's locked in.

The bread you know is coming with us. So are the cinnamon rolls. But the shop lets us do things the home kitchen never could — coffee, doughnuts, and sandwiches down the road.
