I haven't posted consistently in awhile due to several factors:

1. My work schedule has gotten pretty hectic- so im not available to bake as much as I previously was...

2. Ive been traveling more...

3. Health issues have crept up and I need to address them - namely, my autoimmune disease AND now fluctuating sugar and cholesterol levels (getting old sucks!) 🤪

So although I still accept baking orders from all of you, I will be making a concerted effort to improve my own health holistically - using FOOD. You will be seeing me bake paleo desserts (for myself): gluten free, refined sugar free, and dairy free! If you wanna try something you see me bake, just ask...I'll gladly share 😊

Do you like cupcakes?

I love sweets - always have. Anyone that knows me knows I will rarely turn down a cupcake! Until I was diagnosed with Hashimotos disease and was forced to go gluten free...

Living gluten free does not mean you have to give up enjoying a dessert - not anymore. If you love cupcakes, or if you have dietary ‘no no’s’ and you need gf cupcakes, contact me! WE can work together to take just about any cake recipe and make it gluten free.

Please feel free to contact me for your next office potluck, cookout, birthday party, grad party, baby or bridal shower, holiday dessert, or just something sweet for your family dinner. Remember I offer standard, vegan, keto, paleo (for some recipes), and gluten free cake options!
