Our CNY cookie collection is now fully SOLD OUT🈵
As this is a once-a-year seasonal collection,
our CNY cookies are not available outside the festive period.

From today onwards, we will no longer accept
walk-in purchases or pre-orders.

We extend our sincere gratitude to every customer,
friend, and supporter who chose J’adore.
Your trust reminds us to stay thoughtful,
intentional, and uncompromising in what we create.

Every season is a learning journey.
Should there be areas we can do better,

J’adore started from a small home kitchen
baking for family, sharing with people we love.

Even when ingredient costs rise,
we chose not to compromise.

Because if it’s not good enough for ourselves,
we can’t share it with others.

不只是年饼,
而是我们对新年的一份坚持💙

J’adore 的年饼,
每一个制作步骤都很讲究。
不是因为复杂,
而是因为我们一直记得——
这些饼,最早是做给自己和家人吃的。

一开始,
只是家里的小小厨房,
用心烘焙,
和身边的人分享喜悦。

家人、朋友吃了以后,
不断鼓励我们:
「你们可以试着做来卖。」
让更多人,也能尝到这份幸福感。

就这样,
慢慢累积了越来越多支持我们的顾客。

去年新年,
在没有任何大规模生产的情况下,
我们的年饼在新年前 两周就售罄。

即使原料价格不断上涨,
我们也没有选择妥协。
依然坚持严选食材——
法国发酵奶油、日本面粉。

不是因为这样能卖得更贵,
而是因为:
如果连自己都不觉得好吃的东西,
我们真的没办法分享给别人。

价格或许不低,
但每一罐年饼,
都承载着我们的用心与坚持。

不是比谁便宜,
也不是比卖得多,
只是很多小却很重要的细节,
我们没有省。

用什么奶油、
做的时候急不急、
饼干放到你手上时新不新鲜,
我们都会在意。

我们的年饼,
不是追求“还能不能吃”,

As Chef has been fully engaged in teaching and consultation work since early December, while also developing our 2026 Chinese New Year cookies menu, our kitchen space is currently very limited.
