My first bake in Florida and I haven't lost my touch. 🙂
We got here on Monday and the past few days have been a flurry of running hither and thither to get this piece of furniture or that one. And my family still wants to eat! What?! 😯 😄
Also the starter needed to be fed and apparently it loved the food and the environment.

Your loaf should be nearly doubled in size, but still have space to grown in the oven. If it does all its rising pre bake, all it will be able to do in the oven is stay the same or shrink. We're looking for oven spring. The sweet spot for me is when it just mounding over the top of the loaf pan. #
