We’ve been working on something behind the scenes for a while now… We’ve gotten the papers back from the IRS and our attorney. So we can now announce we are officially:

ROLLING WITH MAVERICK, INC.

ROLLING WITH MAVERICK is a 501c3 NONPROFIT dedicated to serving children with disabilities. We will help other kids like Maverick obtain mobility devices and medical equipment.

This experience has shown us how truly blessed we are to have a community of people behind us. We would like to extend that blessing to other families who experience hardship getting their loved ones the equipment that they need.

We are now taking donations. You can give via Venmo, check, or cash. See photos below for info.

Our first donors will receive a special thank you gift from Maverick.

What a week! We have a HUGE announcement to share.

Our friends at Colton's Encouragement have blessed Maverick with a brand new postural support seat! This is so so so generous. We are absolutely speechless.

This will allow Maverick be able to independently sit up and participate in family, therapy, and social activities. It should arrive in a few weeks.

We’re not done yet! We’re going to continue baking and donate our proceeds to three of our favorite nonprofits that help kids like Mav get the equipment they need.

They’re a local nonprofit organization that is determined to provide kids with mobility equipment, such as wheelchairs, gait trainers, standing frames, and even adaptive vans and vehicles. We will be taking next week off of baking, as Maverick will be having a small procedure. No worries, all is well!

Had a super successful baking weekend!

Mav fell asleep on the job after licking the marshmallow spoon clean (just kidding, it was a separate spoon! Lol)

Huge thank you to Maverick’s Aunt Hannah and Uncle Mason for driving in for the weekend to help.

We were busy in the kitchen this weekend, so we are catching up on messages. We will get to everyone soon!
