Please note that I'll be unavailable this coming weekend. For any other orders bagels, loaves, biscuits or cookies orders can be placed by Tuesday afternoon for Friday pickup (morning) or delivery (between 5-6:30). ☺️

✨ Yesterday was such a special day for me✨

For the very first time, I had the opportunity to teach someone the art of sourdough baking, and my heart is so full. ❤️

Watching Tiffany learn the process, trust the dough, and create an absolutely AMAZING crumb on her very first loaf was incredibly rewarding. We also made a sandwich loaf together, and it turned out beautifully!

Sourdough is so much more than flour, water, and time. It's patience, learning, and a little bit of faith along the way. Being able to share something I'm so passionate about and seeing someone succeed made every minute worth it.

It was definitely a long day, but seeing those beautiful loaves come out of the oven made it one I'll never forget. 🥖✨

So proud of you, Tiffany! Here's to many more delicious loaves ahead. ❤️
