Sourdough relies on a mix of wild yeast and lactic acid bacteria, rather than bakers yeast to leaven the dough. We use our own homemade sourdough starter to achieve our sourdough bread!

In addition to being really tasty, It’s also:

✅ Richer in nutrients
✅ Less likely to spike your blood sugar
✅ Contains lower amounts of gluten
✅ Easier to digest than bread made with bakers yeast
