The answer is yes.

Every cheesecake starts right here. Ingredients measured by hand. Mixers running before most people are awake. Pans filled one at a time. Ovens loaded and unloaded. Floors swept. Dishes washed. Recipes checked. Temperatures watched. Thousands of small decisions made by people who genuinely care about what leaves this building.

These photos are just a tiny glimpse of what happens behind the scenes.

UGLY CHEESECAKE SEASON 5, EPISODE 1:

Somewhere in Northern Minnesota, a child just walked into a candy store for “one gummy worm” and left with:

* salt water taffy,
* a foam airplane,
* three mystery sodas,
* fudge,
* a toy they absolutely do not need,
* and cheesecake.

Which honestly sounds like proper economic policy to us.

Two Loon Candy looks like the kind of place your parents promised you “we’re just stopping quick,” right before losing an hour and $74 to nostalgia, sugar, and poor impulse control.

And frankly?
We support that behavior.

Go wander around. Buy weird candy. Eat cheesecake. Heal your inner child.

Some kitchen count orders, we count shells….

4:30 this morning came early.

Like… offensively early.

The kind of early where the coffee doesn’t even know what’s happening yet and everybody’s pretending they’re more organized than they actually are.

Today was our first official delivery to US Foods.

Not a practice run.Not a someday conversation.Not “hopefully eventually.”

An actual shipment.120 cases.4 pallets.A real dock.A real appointment.A real moment.

And if we’re being honest?

We made mistakes.
A bunch of them.

We learned things about paperwork, pallet wrapping, loading, timing, organization, labeling, and approximately 47 other details nobody posts about when they talk about “small business success.”

But here’s the thing:

We showed up anyway.

A tiny company from Pine River loaded a refrigerated van in the dark, drove before sunrise, checked temperatures, signed paperwork, unloaded pallets, shook hands, asked questions, took notes, and delivered our cheesecakes to one of the biggest food distributors in the country.

That’s a surreal sentence to type.

This didn’t happen because one person got lucky.This happened because a whole pile of people believed in us before there was proof they should.

Our team.Our customers.The restaurants that took chances on us.The people who shared posts.The people who bought slices.The people who told their friends.The people who kept showing up week after week.

Every cinnamon roll morning.Every lunch rush.Every cheesecake.Every chaotic late night.Every “you guys should really think bigger.”

This was one of those moments where it finally hits you:

We are thinking bigger now.

And today?
The door opened a little wider.

So from the bottom of our hearts:

Thank you.

Seriously.

And the craziest part?

As of right now, restaurants can officially order The Ugly Cheesecake Co. products through US Foods.

That’s wild.

Now if you’ll excuse us, we’re going to spend the next 24 hours replaying every mistake we made today while simultaneously being unbelievably grateful we got to make them.

That’s right.The cheesecake your friends won’t shut up about.The cheesecake people hide from their spouses.The cheesecake that somehow turned “just one bite” into a full-blown personality trait.
You’ll soon be able to grab slices, whole cakes, and special orders right through Mr. Dogs — our new Stillwater pickup point and weekend troublemaking headquarters.
But we’re not stopping at cheesecake.
Saturday mornings will also mean fresh cinnamon rolls. The giant ones. The irresponsible ones. The ones that make you suddenly understand why people line up for things.
And because we can never leave well enough alone… there’ll be rotating desserts, ridiculous specials, experimental flavors, and all the other weird little things we do when someone says “you probably shouldn’t.”
Stillwater’s about to get dangerous.

Well… there it is.

Our first official wholesale cheesecake case.

Not a mock-up.
Not a test run.
Not “someday.”

Real product.
Real packaging.
Real distribution.

Two Ugly Cheesecakes packed, sealed, boxed, and officially ready to leave our building and go make bad decisions somewhere else.

And honestly?
This feels bigger than a cardboard box should feel.

Because behind this stupid little case is:
years of work, stress, setbacks, lawsuits, overnight bakes, water baths, burned hands, broken equipment, dumb ideas that somehow worked, and an absolutely irrational belief that cheesecake could become something much bigger.

Today it became a little more real.

The Ugly Cheesecake Company.
First wholesale case packed.

Let’s see how weird this gets.
