I have to share our Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Pecan cookies because they’re just too good! They’re soft, chewy and laced with lots of oatmeal, pecans, rice krispies and chocolate chips. 🍪🤎🙌🏻

Honestly, they’re the perfect thing to make for 4th of July get togethers. Recipe ⬇️

4 ounces unsalted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs

2 cups of oatmeal
1 cup chopped pecans
12 ounces of mini chocolate chips
5 ounces of Rice Krispie cereal

Cream the butter and both sugars together until smooth. Add the eggs (one at a time) and vanilla. Trying not to over mix. Once all of the above are well combined, add the flour. Gently fold in the oats, chocolate chips, rice krispies and pecans. Bake at 300 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
