Due to the thought of being possibly rained out this afternoon at the Cunningham Firework show, I decided to pull out of that yesterday in fear of making too much and not being able to sell it all.

With that said, I did make 6 regular sized blackberry sweet loaves and 20 mini blackberry sweet loaves. If anybody would be interested in any of these please let me know! I do have plans for today but can do a local meet up spot in lacenter, Kevil and possibly even Paducah if I have enough people wanting to meet in those locations! I’ll post pictures in the comments once I get icing on these sweet loaves!

We've been hard at work the last couple of months getting this event planned, and it's all coming together! One more week until the sky is lit up!

See the map for all the details as to where things will be on July 4th!

A few notes:
PARKING - you can park on the grass area marked in orange. You can park at Citizen's Deposit Bank or First Kentucky Bank - but please STAY OFF THE GRASS! You can also use the parking at the old gas station (be aware of the construction area!)

SITTING - we would like to ask you to please sit in front of the power pole in the middle of the yard as close to the trailer as you can & then fill in the rest. This will give you the best view during the show.

TRASH - there will be trash cans everywhere - please put your trash in them. If you see a piece on the ground, be a good human and pick it up. A little help from everyone ensures we have a clean environment for the next year.

PHOTOBOOTH - we even have a spot to take pictures with the 2024 banner! If you do this - please post on social media with the hashtag

Here is the menu for Saturday, June 15th @ the Duc Blind in Barlow, KY! I've also included the event flyer and the raffle for Saturday as well!

Don't forget this is an ALL DAY event from 9am-10pm! There will be activities for the kiddos (facepainting, gifts and cards for dad). We will be serving breakfast, lunch and dinner! Sliders will be served on my homemade dinner rolls, and Texas toast will be made with my homemade bread! I'll have cinnamon rolls available throughout the day (until sold out) and I will have a shelf with fresh baked goods available to buy as well. The Duc Blind's daily menu will also be available! Bar&Liquor store will be open as well!😁

Come out for a good time and celebrate DAD! Make sure to buy some raffle tickets to enter to win dad (or even yourself) a GREAT basket of goodies (also pictured below) and if you’re not able to stay long or come in? Drive thru is open for food and the liquor store! And if you’re wanting to buy tickets for the raffle, you can come by, call, or message us. We can take payments that way as well and you don’t have to be there when we do the drawing, if you win we will contact you!

Update: Unfortunately, the only day I will be able to participate is on Saturday, which is a guarantee! Working in home with my sweet little "velcro baby" lol and my husband being on midnights currently has made my full day of baking impossible. Thankfully tomorrow I'll have help with the little and can get everything made and ready to go first thing Saturday morning! I plan to have a FULL table of freshly baked goodies ready to go! Everything below is what will be there! There are still a LOT of neat things at the garage sale, make sure to go out Friday, May 31st so you don't miss out on any deals! Then make sure to swing back by on Saturday morning and get a fresh cinnamon roll and some other yummy baked goods! I also updated my menu (I realized I had a few errors in there on pricing and quantity that I didn't catch before)

I apologize greatly for not being able to be there all 3 days as I had hoped, but I sure hope to see many smiling faces come Saturday!

I can't wait and hope to see many of you there, not only for me but for all of the small businesses that will be set up as well!
