Good morning!!!! The past couple weeks have been insane and things are not letting up anytime soon! We are in our busy season and busy season continues until Mardi Gras🤯 SO, I've got a few things to go over today so please read 🙂 sorry it's long 😬 I know I owe a few of you invoices. I am soooooo sorry! I will get those out TODAY! Please remember that I am only 1 person and I do the baking, the planning, the cleaning, the social media, the website, the buying, the literally everything plus I'm a mom. I will get back to you, but I thank you for being patient when sometimes it takes a couple days. I really do have the best customers and I love y'all!! I am extending Thanksgiving pre-orders! You can order until Wednesday morning, but then I HAVE to shut them off so I can be sure I've ordered enough ingredients, boxes, toppers, time (lol), and all the small details that make an order amazing BIG NEWS: I will officially be scaling back on custom cakes starting today. I will only be taking a couple per week, but our main focus is going to be the food truck. HOWEVER, we will start offering FULL SIZE bakery style cakes from the food truck!! More info on that later 😘 I am noticing a big issue with some of our pre-orders. Here are my terms and conditions: 25% nonrefundable deposit is always required. Your balance is due 2 weeks before your due date. If you order 1 week from your due date, your invoice will refect a deposit of 100% of your balance which is due at the time you receive your invoice. Y'all, eggs alone DOUBLED in price last week. I can't keep up with the increases and I'm ordering supplies as often as possible to fight these increases and keep prices lower. But when you don't pay upfront, I can't order your ingredients upfront, and then I risk the ingredients increasing and welp there goes my profit. I can't work for free unfortunately.
